Order

Each and every jewelry pieces are hand made to order.

The order will be shipped within 8 weeks from placement of order and confirmed payment.

Depending on the season, it may take longer time.

In case of urgency we may be able to prioritize your order.

In addition, if we have an item which you ordered in stock already, the shipment could be done within 3 businesses day.

The flow chart of order

1. Placement of order with confirmation of Payment.
2. We will confirm the orders and inform you buy return email date of shipping.
3. We will commence making the ordered jewelry .
4. We will send you confirmation of shipping by DHL or FedEx.

We will inform you of the tracking number by email when shipping, so you can use the tracking number to check the delivery status.

Due to the laws of each country, there may be some case where we are unable to send via DHL or Fedex, in that case we will send you instructions via email or chat.

You can select the currency of payment for your purchase from the choices given from the currency button at the bottom of the page.

The total price of the item and shipping charges will be shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

The price at the Online Store is automatically converted to the currency of your choice.

These amounts are approximate conversions from the Japanese yen set by us, and may fluctuate based on the International Currency exchange market rates.

We can ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx facility.

The shipping and insurance cost will be calculated and displayed when you checkout.

If your country is not on the list please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We can also ship International Priority - delivery within 5 business days at an extra cost as applicable.

Please note in case of any repairs and resizing, the return cost of shipping will have to be borne by the customer. Only in case of manufacturing defects the return cost will be borne by AbHerï.

*Surcharges and maximum of US$1,000 worth of insurance is included in the delivery charges.
*We do not accept requests for return shipments based on your refusal or inability to pay customs or excise duties in your country. You will be responsible for any resulting loss.

We offer a return guarantee for unused products within 5days of delivery.
Please check the contents of the product as soon as you receive it and contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt if you have any concerns.

Requests for returns

Please fill the 'return request' on the invoice enclosed with the delivery and send it together with the product.
Please return the goods in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Please take particular care with the packaging.

Return postage

In the case of returns for our own reasons, such as initial defects or incorrect dispatch, please return the product with payment on delivery.
In the case of returns due to customer reasons, such as a different image, please pay the shipping costs by prepayment.

Return of rings

We are so sorry that we cannot accept returns of rings which made according to the customer's size.

Refunds

If you paid by credit card, we will process the return of the credit card transaction.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the money to your account within 5 working days.
Any fees (actual costs) required for the refund process will be borne by the customer.


The products we cannot accept return or refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases

Rings
Products with coloured gems
Products that have been tried on and ordered.
Products for which we have not been notified within 7 days of receipt.
Products that have been damaged or scratched due to the customer's fault.
Products with options such as engraved text.
Products with altered specifications, such as chain cuts, or special order items.
Products without a warranty card, case or other equipment.
Products purchased from other websites.
